Philips wanted to do a store branding for hundreds their store in Indonesia. Oxwood was appointed as one of their vendor to produce POS materials such as storefront, rack display, shop panel, blue painted and pole sign. This project was challenging, we need to control carefully all the store progress one by one. We start from doing survey, collecting all the survey result, reporting to Philips, and getting the production approval. After that we focus on doing production, instalation, documentation and invoicing.
